Preheating furnace is a kind of low quality fuel (mainly refers to the blast furnace gas, hot gas, exhaust gas and other low calorific value fuel) or air, through a heat exchanger, heat transfer in the furnace's high temperature flue gas, low quality fuel or air temperature increase, generally to 300-900 degrees. In this way, the actual combustion temperature of low-quality fuel or sensible heat of air can be improved to achieve high-temperature calcining or other processes of low-quality fuel and replace high-quality fuel.
The preheating furnace realizes the substitution of low quality fuel for high quality fuel, thus greatly saving fuel cost. At the same time, it also reduces the emission of low-quality fuel or tail gas and reduces pollution.
